Alter Toronto reunites LCCA selected artists to collaborate with "Subculture" Artists. The works of these artists establish the transnational character of the world cities because they live in one of them, Toronto. Over the years, Toronto(the meeting place0 has become a cultural center where a diversity of communities has congregated to make it home. We would like to have a dialoque in which the artists will reflect upon the meaning of our city and work thematically on issues that concern Toronto.
